Winning Entry: The winning entry will be chosen from all suitable entries received. If no entries are deemed suitable by DwesWeb, the offer may be extended or cancelled at my discretion. Preference will be given to any entries from the Douglas County, Oregon area.
Criteria: The winning entry will be chosen based on but not limited to the following criteria:
Costs: The winning entry organization will be responsible for all associated costs including; domain name registration and hosting. (Approximately $89.00 for 1 year.)
Website: The winning entry will receive a complete website consisting of a home page and up to five (5) additional pages for content. Any additional pages or features will be at the discretion of DwesWeb. DwesWeb will provide the winning entry basic maintenance of the site for one (1) year unless either party terminates the agreement. Basic maintenance includes updating existing content. Creation of additional pages or features can be subject to fees.
Termination: This offer/agreement may be terminated by either party (winning organization or DwesWeb) at any time with 14 day notice issued in writing to the other party.
